The infamous ‘cryotherapy facial’ has become a scientifically-backed staple of beauty routines the world over in recent years – and for good reason. The cryoskin facial has been known to tighten, firm and rejuvenate the skin, providing an immediate improvement in the appearance of wrinkles, eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. It’s an easy, efficient and relaxing way to improve your skin health and appearance.

Cryoskin works by using a ‘cryoprobe’ (a small handheld device) to gently push sub-zero temperature vaporised liquid nitrogen onto your face. It’s different from the whole-body cryotherapy chambers that you may have seen, as when having a cryotherapy facial, you’re lying down comfortably instead of standing up in your swimsuit.

Why RLabs for facial cryotherapy treatments?

Here at RLabs, we’re passionate about providing people with the latest cutting-edge health and beauty technology in an easy, convenient and relaxing setting. We believe that it’s imperative to have a forward-thinking mentality in an industry like ours. Our brand-new laboratory is a haven for you to recharge, reboost and relax, while treating your body with the utmost respect that it deserves.

01 / Reduces acne

Cryo facials have been known to reduce the rate at which your skin produces sebum. This lessens the appearance of blocked pores and shininess, as well as preventing potential breakouts before they occur.

02 / Improves blood circulation

The sub-zero temperature air that’s pushed onto your face during a cryotherapy facial activates your body’s most ancient survival mechanism. Vasoconstriction fills your blood with oxygen, nutrients and healing enzymes, giving you a glorious, healthy glow.

03 / Skin health and anti-ageing

Cryotherapy facial treatments can achieve amazing results for your skin’s appearance and health. By freezing the outer layer of the skin, the body is encouraged to produce more collagen, meaning the skin appears smoother and more refined.

04 / A slimming and facelifting effect

Our cryotherapy treatment clients report seeing an immediate improvement in their facial appearance, including a slimmer face, a reduced ‘double chin’ and fresher, more youthful look.

At RLabs, we have the vision and the mindfulness that tomorrow can happen today. We aim to bring the future to the present.

Have some questions?

How often should I have a cryotherapy facial and how long will it last?

If your goal is predominantly aesthetic and you’re after that fresh, youthful glow that cryotherapy can deliver, then we recommend visiting us for a cryoskin facial once a week for two to three weeks. This frequency can also work to treat a variety of skin conditions like acne, psoriasis or eczema.

Does facial cryotherapy hurt?

No, facial cryotherapy doesn’t hurt. It feels a little like putting your face in a freezer, however the treatment only lasts for two to three minutes, so you won’t have time to get seriously uncomfortable.
